  • 5ft LED strip light, efficient and long lasting. Switch located at hatch for easy access.

 

  • Light Pendant, these are the simplest form of lighting and you will have the option to place the pendant in a location of your choice also includes a separate switch.

LOFT FLOORING / LOFT SHELVING

 

  • 18mm Chipboard (tongue & groove),

 

All flooring supplied in the loft area will be raised up & screwed to a minimum of 4’’ x 2’’ floor members to allow for services (e.g. cables & pipes). Each board 2400mm x 600mm x 18mm.

 

 

INSULATION

 

  • 100 mm insulation & 200 mm insulation

 

LOFT HATCHES

 

  • 18mm MDF Hatch with MDF facings, custom built to suit your needs (e.g dimensions & specific requirements).

 

Hatches only supplied & fitted on purchase of ladder - this is NOT a stand alone item offered by R&D Loft Ladders Ltd.

  • Roof/Velux/Fire Escape/Skylight

Various choice of roof windows & Velux windows available.  Free quotation also available on these products.
